Schedule a Program – Young Audiences Arts for Learning Northeast Texas

To schedule a program please fill in and submit the Program Request Form below.

Young Audiences of Northeast Texas programs are subject to availability. After the artist has verified his/her availability, we will confirm the details with you by phone or email. We recommend that you schedule programs as early as possible to reserve the artists and dates of your preference. Once your program is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation. Payment is due one full week prior to the program date. Our artists are not authorized to accept payments.

Please be prepared to provide the following information:

The name of program(s) that interest you.
Preferred program dates(s) as well as alternate(s).
Preferred program time(s).
Grade range and size of audience.
