The Young Audiences of Northeast Texas brass program is designed to teach the art of music through playing brass instruments to promote creativity, critical thinking, communication, and achievement in learning skills involving playing different kinds of horns. This program currently resides in Tyler ISD at Moore Middle School.

Students will be introduced to the five brass instruments including trumpet, baritone, trombone, french horn, and tuba to learn rhythm patterns, how to read music, produce clear sounds, tuning with the ear, and performing several musical pieces.
