Schedule a Program

To schedule a program you may call, email or fill in the following form to request a program.

Young Audiences of Northeast Texas programs are subject to availability. After the artist has verified his/her availability, we will confirm the details with you by phone or email. We recommend that you schedule programs as early as possible to reserve the artists and dates of your preference. Once your program is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation. Payment is due one full week prior to the program date. Our artists are not authorized to accept payments.

If you call to schedule a program and get our voicemail, please leave a detailed message of your program interests and the best time for us to reach you. Our Scheduling Coordinator will respond to you by the next business day.

Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • The name of program(s) that interest you.
  • Preferred program dates(s) as well as alternate(s).
  • Preferred program time(s).
  • Grade range and size of audience.

Performance Pricing

Prices for performances are included under each description throughout this catalog.


Rescheduling and Cancellations

If an artist cant not perform due to illness, weather, etc., schools may reschedule, substitute, or receiver full credit for that program. No refunds will be give for confirmed programs called with less than one week’s notice unless the program can be rescheduled.


Travel and Mileage Costs

A travel mileage fee will be charged for programs in outlying school districts/area. If this fee is applicable to
a program, a mileage quote will be given at the time of scheduling.


Classroom Management

For all workshops, residencies, and performances, a licensed teacher or a school administrator representative must be present in the room at all times. There are no exceptions to this policy.
